I’ve never been one to post a negative review on a company for not hiring me, but the wording which was used to tell me I wasn’t selected was such a farcical, it must be called out. Just so you know the process, you submit and app, take an online assessment, then have a phone interview. If that goes well, you’ll be scheduled for an in person interview on location. This is where my heart starts racing, and my eyes go bloodshot. I couldn’t have imagined a better interview took out time, I sat with an actual adjuster to see her work flow, and had good conversation after. In my way out, was told the recruiter would be in touch with their final decision. Yesterday, I received an email apologizing for the delay and that it was no way a reflection of my candidacy. Not even 24 hours later, another email comes in saying they found a “better match” for the position. Excuse me? How are you going to find a better match for an entry level job. The guy interviewing me came from the same industry I did just before! Smh... Yeah, not gonna waste my time here again. Or even entertain a quote for their overpriced products.
