I received a phone call to answer some basic questions about me, that I had already provided in my application. However the technical interview was not set up after two calls, since the company wanted me to start much earlier than my acceptable date.

Primero te llama un recursos humanos de randstad que son quien, en primera instancia, hacen la preselección. Luego tienes una entrevista con la misma persona de randstad y si le convences te programa una entrevista final con algun manager de allianz con los que vas a trabajar.
