Entretien
I had been introduced to one of their MDs a while back, conversed with that person, and eventually applied to an associate position. The person who was leaving that position interviewed me on the phone. The interview went well, however, I never got any feedback one way or the other about going to the next step, despite having followed up with the original MD. The lack of response has the stench of ageism (hard to prove, of course) because of the question I cite herein.
Both behavioral and technical questions were asked. Not very hard. Interviewers are friendly. Zoom interview one on one. With hiring manager and the team. Overall it is a pretty good interview experience.
You have to complete the online interview first. Four questions and three attempts each. Good thing is you can prepare as long as you need for each question.why fit this role; client experiences; define success for yourself; failure&lesson learned
