Initial phone screen from external recruiter, then onsite interview with a VP and Project Manager. Onsite interview was supposed to last an hour, but I was out in 15 minutes. Either they had another candidate in mind or they just didn't want to hire me. The lack of diversity was also apparent as I noticed there were more women than men.
