Phone screen with recruiter then an onsite with 4 members of the HR team. I made the mistake of referring to their org as medical verses research. They looked horrified and I could tell immediately I had blown the interview. I've never been exited so quickly and treated so poorly. The HR manager was immediately done with me. I know I blew it but you should never treat someone that goes out of their way to your office so rudely.
