Went through several rounds of interviews including engineering, product and culture. I could tell they've thought about their interview process pretty thoroughly and did a good job in keeping it intentional. I ended up getting an offer but went with a company more aligned with my personal mission. It was difficult saying no and would love to go and work with the team at Allstripes in the future
