The interview process was quick and relatively easy. It is important to showcase your real-world knowledge of current events and the industry you are applying for. I am a beauty junky so for me, speaking to my knowledge of beauty was relatively easy.

First round interview with two team members. Asked VERY specific questions about previous experience with follow up questions to every response. Ended up ghosting me despite multiple follow up emails asking for feedback. At least have the decency to send a rejection email in the future.

- Very rigorous process.
- An outside recruiter contacted me and set up the first in person interview with the team.
- It was basically a get-to-know-you meeting to find out more about your experience.
- Called back for a second interview with the CEO and EVP with questions about experience and tools.
- Had to complete 3 presentations to prove knowledge.
- Called back for a final interview with the Principal of the company as a get-to-know-you meeting.
- The whole process a little over a month.
