When I was doing my research on the company, I saw a lot of posts about how lengthy the interview process could be so I was kind of already planning on it taking a few months. However, that wasn't the case. My interview was done completely remotely, and although I spoke to 4 people on the team, they were able to get them all done within 2 weeks. It wasn't really structured with formal stale interview questions. The conversations I had with everyone were very real and relatable to the work and experience.
