The company keeps candidates hanging and treats them as backup options. Despite multiple follow-ups, there is little to no communication from the HR team. Compensation is also below market standards, especially for a Dubai-based company. I ultimately had to withdraw my application because I was repeatedly ghosted by HR and received no clarity on the hiring process. Based on my experience, I would not recommend making this company your first priority during your job search.
