Had training before i worked the field. Got GIA certificate on diamond grading and other precious stones. Spent time in factory learning the process of jewellery making and setting. Learning how to identify and solve any issue with the stone and jewellery piece. Learning the karats and alloy mixtures. How to sell jewellery basic training. Hospitality amd customer service.
