Phone interview, 2 online interviews and they finally asked me to fly over to Dubai. They wanted to pay for only one day of accommodation at a bad hotel and run me through a whole 10 hours of group assessment tests and interviews with senior managers (my immediate supervisor to be did not even bother attending the interview and they did not even apologize for that) only to send my tired body and mind back quickly. I was so tired and had to pay the extra night at the hotel for myself. They took my time and effort as well as money but did not even bother sending me feedback regarding the outcome of all those interviews. The least you can do for a candidate that you took so much of their time is to send them an email. They did not even bother after I sent them a follow-up mail! I am very happy that I did not start working with the kinds of these people. I definitely do not recommend this firm unless you are soooo desperate to find a job. The only good thing was that the group assessment was done by an outsourced professional who was very good at her work. But the company is not worth applying to.
