Assesment test.it consists of three parts.typing speed, numerical reasoning,,general aptitude. Time they given to us is one hour.if we pass in that exam,then we moved to interview.it was a good experience

Face to face interview with panel and should have selling experience and good speaking skills. You should have related experience with banking or other financial services it could be better for selection

Entretien
First there will be a CV screening, after that a Technical Test i. e Computer Typing Test and Written Test based on Maths, General English, General Knowledge, Aptitude calculations. And then final panel interview.
