The interview process had a quick turn around. There were two interviews; an initial phone screening and then an in person interview. for the phone interview we basically went over my general employment background, general requirements for the position, and what they were looking for. It took between 15-25 minutes. No more than 30 for sure. Then, shortly after I was contacted about an in person interview. This interview focused more on talking about specific skills and reviewing my portfolio, as well as going more in depth about the position and the firm itself. This was around an hour long. Everyone was very professional and very nice. It was a 3 person interview, but they were all very welcoming. The conversation flowed easily. To prepare I would say make sure you bring a portfolio (if applicable), have specific examples that demonstrate your skills and be well versed in what you've listed on your resume.
