No interview process. I applied to a posted job before realizing that this was a recruiting company just like AppleOne. However, they never connected with me personally like AppleOne. Without an interview or communication they just started sending me unprompted emails.

Entretien
I thought I was applying for a position within their company but it turns out, they are an employment agency. Where they help you get a job. I applied online and they got back to me about 3-4 days after that. I came for the interview and was brought to a room where I filled out paperwork. My interview was at 1:30 put they didn't come in until 1:40. The interview took about 15-20 minutes as he was simply getting to know me and my background.

Entretien
Call you in to fill out paper work and present two ID's. You go over your resume and ask you what type of job, hours, term, distance and salary you are looking for. It is a very easy and professional process.
