Terrible recruiter from Singapore, building design team. She actively reached me out through Linkedin, but with bad attitude after she thoughts I was not a good match for the role. Not recommended.

The interview process started with a call with HR to introduce and ask questions about the role. This was followed by a 1:1 interview with a senior designer, then a portfolio presentation with a senior and lead designer.

Ghosted after the first interview. The HR who interviewed me for the first round was quite unprofessional. Told me she will contact me soon after the interview. However, I never heard back, not even a rejection. I keep seeing their posting every month. It is expected that companies might not reach out for a rejection after the application, but they should al least reach out to candidates after interviewing them. So unprofessional.
