J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Airwallex (Londres, Angleterre) en juin 2020
Entretien
First round with HR, then straight into a product task. The task took several hours to prepare and upon submission I was told I had not been selected to present it or move on. That is absolutely fine, but when I asked for 5 minutes / 1 piece of feedback on what I could have done better, the recruiter told me they "do not have these details". Unfortunately in this day and age the best companies spend 5 minutes of their time to give candidates basic written feedback on what could have been better. What this shows is a complete lack of respect and care for candidates interviewing and a complete lack of empathy. I would not suggest interviewing here to anyone
initial recruiter talked with me, then was passed to hiring manager for discussion. there is a framework but it deviates quite a lot from the original question so you need to be flexible with how the conversation is going

One of those where you get encouraged to apply by their recruiter and then you get rejected after stage 1 for "being overqualified". The worst part? Lack of feedback, even when requested.
