I had an initial phone screen that went well. I was then prompted to complete a writing assignment that included questions to assess my writing style. After that, I met via video call with the VP of sales and other key members. Everyone was very professional and gave me their undivided attention. They asked relevant questions and offered insight about the company, life in NY, etc. In the final interview I felt OK about the process but I knew the decision before I ended the call. When I asked about hesitations there apparently were none, yet still no offer. Plus, he acted surprised that I was intelligent enough to ask the question in the first place.

Process rapide et efficace.
1 entretien par téléphone,
1 entretien dans les locaux avec rencontre de 3 personnes (SDR, Account Exécutive et Manager) + simulation/test,
1 lunch avec l'équipe (sympa pour découvrir l'atmosphère et connaître ses futurs collègues)

Entretien
First round is a phone screen by HR going through your resume and seeing what you know about the company. Second round is behavioral phone screen with hiring manager. Third round is in person with the team.
