I was interviewed by two owners and the office manager. At one point, I observed the two owners looking at each other as if they felt like they were speaking to an idiot. I told them I always get nervous at interviews. Frankly, my intuitions told me immediately I wasn't going to get the job because of racial bias. The reason why I believe this is because I'm well spoken on the phone, and I do not possess any discerning accents, e.g., Southern or Northern. I spoke with the office manager on the phone for a little while and she was as friendly as can be.
