The interview went well, but the training was hard. 50% of the people hired didn't pass probation. Air Canada cross trained us for 5 roles, so the candidate doesn't get enough experience in any role to become good at anything.

The whole hiring process seemed very long. Took awhile after applying to hear back. They did phone interview, language tests then in-person interview. The interviewers were pretty nice, the questions were pretty generic.
