1. Pretty standard phone screen with recruiter, discussing background and career goals, etc. 2. Interview with Hiring Manager - very casual conversation about security, my experience, discussing challenges and ways to meet the needs of the org. 3. Separate Zoom Interviews with 3 team members - good technical conversations about security in the cloud and application security. Discussion of security's role and working across organizations and balancing the needs of security with other priorities. 4. Short call with the CTO - casual conversation about the organization and about my background and trying to determine the overall fit.

I was scheduled for a phone screen which went quickly and was good. I was then told that I would be updated by the end of that same week. Its been several days later with no response even after reaching out myself for an update which is unacceptable. Its unprofessional to not respond back at all with anything within the timeline I was provided with regardless of the interview stage. My time and consideration to want to work for this company is valuable and to just be ignored like this is not a good sign. Please improve that as it sets a very poor impression of the company especially when you claim to have such high standards for having a great company culture. Lastly, I also felt the interview was a bit rushed as well.
