I applied online for a summer internship and received an email from HR within 1 week or so asking me to come in for an interview. I was interviewed by the HR staff member, along with my future boss and her assistant. They asked me standard questions about my previous work experience, why I wanted to work for their company and in marketing/advertising. I heard back in less than a week with a job offer for the summer internship
