The process was very straightforward, the initial interviews were very humane and attentive! They asked for very specific culture and past experience, without the leetcode you find anywhere else. The code challenge wasn't very straightforward at first, as it was actually a disguised behavioral interview with a shared screen, which I enjoyed since it wasn't leetcoding, but I was expecting to actually hack something really fast in 30 minutes.
