The fact is, not getting the job with them is not the end of the world. But if the toxic workplace and culture, I would not be enjoy myself 9-5 work life, and unable to contribute any positive value to this company. IF she is really a smart leader and cares for the company's future, she takes criticism for advancement, rather to turn down a true valuable and capable staff.
