The process has around four stages. The first is a cognitive PI test, then a written test through an online platform. Then we have the first interview. You can ask for your feedback during the interview as well or wait for HR to send you an email with the feedback. If you clear the first interview, you are either directed for a second interview or (if you performed extremely well) get selected for the final interview with your Department Head or Vice President.
