Pre-Covid, it was an in-person interview with related skills tests to determine aptitude and placement. I took typing tests and had some simulated phone call and customer service situations that were recorded and submitted via computer.

Internal interview with leadership mostly other AMs. They basically interview you to see if you have what it takes to be an AM and push through hard/challenging times. After that, you get an offer or you dont.

Entretien
Had a phone screen, in person meeting, lunch and another in person meetings. These all happened within two weeks. It was a semi-formal meeting. Everyone seemed to enjoy the conversation. They really do care about their business and the people they are hiring.

You will be contacted by an internal recruiter, if you pass that screening you will be invited for either an in person interview and do a half day shadow. From there they make the offer. Process does move quickly
