Applied online and a recruiter contacted me right away. I went through two phone interviews and then went in for an in person interview with two account managers. I thought the interview went very well and at the end they told me how excited they were for me to meet with their director because we had a lot on common. They told me to get in touch with my recruiter to set up my next interview. I emailed my recruiter that same day (around the end of February) and didn't hear back. I then emailed her again a week later just to follow up to see if she had gotten my email or if something had changed. She replied saying that she was super sorry for not replying but that she sent a follow up email to the office to find out about a next interview and would keep me updated. I have since accepted a job with a different company, but I still haven't heard anything from my Aerotek recruiter about my interview status with the company. I think the recruiter should have kept me updated like she said she would and at least told me that they were no longer interested.

The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.
