Entretien
After applying the internal recruiter called me within few days to do an initial phone interview which last about an hr. Then I was asked by the same recruiter to do a skype interview which also lasted an hr. The questions where behavioral. Then I met with the director of business operations for an in person interview. That was a conversational interview. Then I was asked to come in for a half day shadow. You meet with other recruiters they go over what a typical day in the office is like. At the end I met with an account manager. They went over what they do and ask if you have any questions about the job role and why you want to work there.

The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
