It was a 2 step process. First a phone interview. Then a 4 hour interview where you come to the office and meet everyone and speak individually for about 20 - 30 mins.

the interview process is one screen with the talent acquisition specialist then an interview with the director then a half day onsite interview where you shadow some of the team members

Two interviews one as a phone screening the second in person. This was a mess of a process and I was ghosted even thought they told me to meet for lunch and did not tell me it was canceled until after I asked where they were. Completely unprofessional.

It was fin but it was not as formal as I would have thought with the follow through. I didn't hear from them for a while after interviewing. Then randomly got an offer and didn't receive much follow up.
