They call you and do a phone interview with an internal recruiter. If your phone interview goes well, they will invite you into the office to meet with several of their Account Managers for a second interview. Following your second interview, you will be invited to meet with the Director of Business for the office. The final step of the interview process is to come in and spend a half day with the entire office. You will get to sit with various recruiters throughout the day and ask questions regarding their day and even participate in listening in to some phone calls as they conduct interviews with potential candidates for positions.
