Arranging the initial HR interview was very structured, as I could pick the 20 minute time slot from a few options. The interviewer called 15 minutes too late for a call of 20 minutes. While it was emphasized in the invite to prepare the Adyen formula (way of working), no question was asked about it.
The second interview with the team lead only took 30 minutes, which I was told at the beginning of the interview. The interview took place on Zoom, which was well organized and worked without any problems.
The rejection was sent via email without providing any feedback, which is not according to the Adyen formula (don't hide behind emails, pick up the phone), which I found disappointing and also makes me question about how important this formula really is.
