Pre-screen call, along with a pre-screen call from the hiring manager. The process ended with an on-site interview with the Compensation Director, the Total Rewards VP, and 2 HR Partners. The people I had interviewed with were professional, but had the impression very early on that a person was already chosen for the position (which was a great disappointment and was not the best time spent from my perspective). I would have preferred that the interview was cancelled versus going through it. But, it was definitely good practice and had learned the importance of having a 30-60-90 Day Plan in hand :-) (which I did not have)
