- Submitted CV online - Received a phone call and had a 20/30 minute phone interview (without prior warning) - Invited to assessment/interview day about a week later (2 rounds of interviews and a presentation) - Offer was made a couple of days later Overview: Very quick and streamlined interview process, especially for a graduate programme. Had a point of contact throughout the whole process who promptly answered any questions I had. The team were extremely friendly and welcoming. Delighted to have accepted an offer!

still haven't done it yet so looking forward for the interview and hope to ask questions about the role and company as well and at last just cant wait for the interview next week.
