I got an email from The hiring manager and was invited to do an in person interview with a panel of 3 people. Typical interview where they asked me for my experience. They asked if I was comfortable working long hours because apparently that’s the culture at this company. After the interview, I was straight ghosted. No response at all and then I discovered that they went with an internal candidate.
