1. Screening and Initial Application - Submit your application, resume, certifications, licensures. Highlight relevant experience in ABA Therapy, leadership roles, etc. 2. Recruitment or HR Interview - can be brief phone interview or in person. Typically focuses on experience, understanding of ABA therapy, and interest in the company. 3. First round interview (In person) - can also be group panel. Meet with a member of leadership team, Senior Clinical Manager and BCBA. Focuses on assessing your leadership style, management skills, clinical knowledge. 4. Clinical Case Presentation - assess and create a treatment plan. Focuses on exercising your clinical expertise, problem-solving, and decision making. 5. Second Round interview (in person) - Senior leadership team and upper management 6. Offer and negotiation - asks questions and negotiate rate 7. On-boarding and training - can be a few weeks

The interview process started off as a screening call with the recruiter. The recruiter was lovely and did a great job explaining the role and the company. The next step was an interview with an RCD. This interview was much more clinical in nature. The final interview was with another RCD, and this was more of a conversation to give me opportunities to ask about the role and its day to day.
