L1 round conducted - Asked questions on java, spring, springboot, sql, devops and linux. I have answered almost all the questions. It was like interviewer was trying to find a reason to reject but on above topics I have knowledge so answered almost all questions then interviewer started asking on cloud, on which I don't have experience. About cloud, neither I mentioned it in my resume or to recruiter who scheduled my interview. But interviewer was keep asking me about cloud despite I told that I don't have any experience on it and then interviewer was like now I got the reason.
So my suggestion don't waste your time on such companies. They will only waste your time.
I was contacted by third party consultancy through my naukri profile who forwarded my profile to HR of accion. First round of the interview was scheduled in the same day.

Question 1
I had the facepalm reaction after attending the first round. 1. After explaining my current work and project, interviewer asked me to present my project. I mean who stores company's confidential work on personal machine? As I couldn't, he asked me to present my personal work. I presented one project. 2. He asked me for project development approach. I was explaining with my way but he was not satisfied. It was difficult to understand what he was expecting. He then told that I was not suitable for the role. At the end I asked what answer or approach he was expecting from me to explain and he simply said he can't tell me as it will disclose company's secret information (as if answer contains secret rocket science).

3 Interview Technical Rounds.
I cleared the initial 2 rounds but the interviewer were focused about their project related stuffs.
Both of my 1st 2 rounds were scenario based but the questions were very boring. I just wanted to end the interview abruptly but I stayed.
In the 3rd round their Director asks me irrelevant questions like
What are the ways you can join tables and he don't want Inner Join / Outer Join answers. Are you kidding me ?
The director is from Data Science background so he expect the same from candidate wherein I am from dotnet background.
Finally the director rejects me saying they are looking for SOLUTION ARCHITECT not Technical Lead or Developer.
Oh ! Really , Why did they interview me for 2 rounds.
They themselves aren't aware of the role they want to hire.
Do yourselves a favor avoid it.
