The interview had 3 rounds - general talking about your experiences, second technical with some examples, third an example app (take it home) and once solved a general talking about the solution.

I have applied online and was immediately asked to complete a coding exercise, I kindly asked what is the offered range for this role as I did not want to waste each other time if the range simply isn't what I am looking for, and I was told this will only be discussed after interview. I spent few hours completing the exercise, and weeks later I had an interview. During the interview I was told my code is very clean, well written and modular. At the end of the interview we discussed package, as soon as I replied what am I on and what I am looking for, I was told I need to wait few weeks for answer, which I mentioned I need a quicker answer as I have other offers I need to answer. The interviewer promised she will get back to me on the same day, and a month later there is still no news and they are no longer responding my polite catch up email. Personally I think this is complete lack of professionalism, and I don't think they are offering for good developer. I am not impressed.
