Standard two interview process. First interview was on the phone. Second interview was in person with a store manager. They could be with different people, and not necessarily with the manager of your department.

Interview was fairly short and informal, seemed to be more the manager telling responsibilities than trying to find out information about my qualifications. Three managers were in attendance, but only one did any significant talking. Everyone was easygoing.

The interview process was fairly simple, and the questions revolved around the idea of how you would deal with certain scenarios with customers and your co-workers. There were two interviews conducted, one with a manager, and one with the store director.

The interview was standard questions from the tell me about a time when……. Very comfortable and laid back. Previous sales experience is a huge plus. Having a positive attitude and go getter spirit is an asset.
