I participated in five phone interviews through the course of 3 weeks. Lots of time wasted and being strung along to not get an offer. I was told the typical response of "we're moving forward with other candidates who more closely align to our ... blah, blah." This didn't make sense because the job just kept (and keeps) being re-posted. Typical nowadays.
