If you are recruited you are on your way. if you are a walk in good luck. Once you have filled out an application you will then be requested to meet with the District Manager who will conduct the interview. It will last about 45 minutes to an hour. The questions are easy and just be prepared to talk about your experiences and how they would make you a good fit. Be out going and talkative, remember you are selling yourself to the company. Then you will be hopefully contacted within a week or so by phone, then a email that contains information about salary and benefits.

1. You need to apply for the position that you are interested on the official website. 2. You will receive an email that invites you to take part in an online video interview in English which contains of 4 simple questions. Don't worry about that. 3. After the video interview, you will receive the phone call by A & F. They will ask you some basic information in detail. Don't be shy or nervous, just answer their questions clearly and confidently. Show yourself to them. 4. After the phone call interview, you will receive another phone call that invites you to take part in a face-to-face interview with a store manager. You need to be fully prepared and answer their questions in English. Be confident and passionate and you will win. 5. After the store manager interview, you will attend another English interview with a district manger. Go for it and victory is just ahead.
