Quick interview with their recruitment consultant then a competency/ C.V Teams interview with the regional manager. Then had a call from the consultant to manage my wage expectations. Was invited to a F2F interview where I presented and did a role play with 4 people and the National manager joined via Teams. Was offered the job but declined due to non competitive wages and poorer pension than current employer. I know many people working in this area for different companies and Abbvie basic salaries are behind the curve. The do have more reps with smaller territories so there are some advantages. Shame as I had experience in the disease state and knew many of the HCPs.
