I applied online, and was scheduled to screen with someone from HR within the week. The representative as 20' late to the 30' call, and was unprepared. It was then rescheduled for the following week; the day before, a note was received that they were pausing all interviews for the position. I then received communication 9 weeks after initial application that the role had been filled by another applicant.
