I did a phone interview to start and shortly after set up an in person interview. When I arrived for the interview the person I was scheduled to meet with was out sick and noone else was aware I was coming. I had an impromptu interview with two members of the staff. I was then told I would likely need to come back in again to meet with the original person. I later was told the position shifted and never went back for a follow up.
