-Straightforward behavioral questions during hour long phone interview. -Those interviewing me didn't have experience conducting interviews unfortunately. -Ensure you focus on the results of your projects/job functions. -Interviewer did grill me on some of the minutia of my projects although it was in a very niche market which I think took away from the process.
