After submitting my CV, the assessment process was done in 3 stages. First was a virtual assessment consisting of 2 online tests together lasting about an hour. I was then invited to a video interview recording myself answering questions. The final stage was a virtual assessment centre consisting of 1hr interview with presentation, and then 1.5hr assessed group activity, which was surprisingly enjoyable. I was given a few days to prepare a 15-minute presentation on a piece of academic work.
