I arrived at the office and visited with a receptionist. She gave me a clipboard that had a "Getting to Know You" questionaire. It asked for contact info and whether I was still employed. It asked for previous job experience. There was also an open ended question at the bottom asking to describe myself (personality). I was told to call back later that afternoon to see if I got accepted (which I did). In the time I was there at the interview, I found some of the behavior of the people I met there to be very similar to experiences from other similar companies, with the cult-like and seemingly informal interactions. In addition, my online research really spoke for itself.
