First, I applied online on May 21, 2015 and got a call a little over three weeks on June 10, 2015 basically asking me about my availability if it has changed and if I have my required work permits since I'm still a minor. After that was settled, a 1-on-1 interview was set up the next day with the general manager. I dressed up in business casual attire and arrived five minutes early. I was asked to wait for the manager on the lobby and when he came I greeted him with a firm handshake. We talked for a bit until we arrived to the interviewing room. The interview process was very smooth and the questions were all based off from: "Explain me a time..." and "how you've felt." After answering about seven questions, the Stubs Card scenario was given to me and I impressed the manager with the way i asked him about the Stubs Card and how took into account his situation as a customer. After he reviewed my answers to the questions and the scenario, he offered me the position and I accepted obviously. The manager was very laid back and friendly, the interview was a piece of cake and now I'm starting my training next week. So excited!!

Process took about 3 weeks, online application was reviewed and I got a call back within a week. After the phone screening, I was brought in for an in-person interview which lasted about 25mins with a super friendly manager who made clear the expectations of holiday and weekend availability requirements as well as a work ethic involving Friendliness, Cleanliness, and Quickness/Efficiency.
