Applied online then within a week got a phone call about attending an interview. The interview was fairly easy. It was one-on-one with the GM and lasted about 20 minutes. Asked questions such as what makes horrible customer service, describe a place with horrible customer service, what are my favorite retail/restaurant places and why.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
While waiting to be interviewed, I was given a little pamphlet with details about the AMC Stubs program. They ask you to read it and memorize it. During the interview I was asked to recall the benefits of the program and we (me and the GM) role played where I had to pitch the program to guests.

Process is fairly easy. If they're interested in your online application, they do a phone screening. If you do well on that one, they call you in to do an interview for the specific theater. Most of the questions are personality based. They do have you have you pitch AMC Stubs just to get a feel of how you'd present it to customers. Not sure why someone said people get hired on the spot as I never came across a crew member that got hired immediately, even if they were short staffed. Typically it takes a couple days before they give you a response.
