You are contacted by a supervisor/manager for a phone screening interview. Basically this consists of the basic, why do you want to work there, etc. Then it is on to a 1:1 interview with a General Manager of a theatre. Again same basic questions, but with some new ones such as how would you handle a particular situation. Then one last interview with another GM, same basic questions.

I filled out an application and submitted it along with my resume. It took some time to hear back but once I interviewed with the manager, things went quickly. I was hired and started working within a week of my interview. The interview was straightforward and not too difficult.
