The interview process was rather quick and mostly unspecific in terms of responsibilities and tasks of the role. Neither HR nor the hiring manager had a clear image of what the exact day to day would look like. Hiring manager was rather fond of himself and tried to sell Alten as a high tech engineering company - a very different image from what I was used to, considering the high turnover rate.
