Entretien
The process was carried out as a short video call on Microsoft teams. I was called for an interview after submitting a CV and covering letter. I heard back quite quickly and it was a relatively straight forward process.

Quite basic ones like tell me about yourself, and where do I see myself in 5 years time.
Interview over teams. Interview was quite easy, not too stressful. No particularly difficult questions. As long as you understand what the company does and the job role, you should be okay.

Entretien
Interview duration was around 50-60 minutes, most of the questions were based on my academic, work experience and ALTEN's values. The hiring manager was really kind and helpful. However, I think it was an interview for upcoming roles at ALTEN but not the available ones at that time. They told me to fill out my profile page in detail at their website and expect feedback within 4 weeks.

With business manager getting to know you better. Talk about projects and past work experiences. They tell you a bit more about the company and the vacancy they have for which you may be suitable.
